Welcome to this website which is dedicated to the work and service provided by the Glan Clwyd Renal Unit, which is based in Bodelwyddan, North Wales. The Unit provides excellent treatment for people suffering with renal disease and renal failure.

Glan Clwyd Renal Unit is part of The Betsi Cadwaladr University Local Health Board formally The North Wales NHS Trust (Central) and is situated at Glan Clwyd NHS Trust Hospital, Bodelwyddan, North Wales. This modern renal unit offers the most up to date treatments for both haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, post renal transplant clinics are also held in this purpose built Renal and Diabetes Centre which opened in September 2004.

The Renal Unit appreciates all the donations made to both The Renal Diseases Fund and The Friends of Renal Care Glan Clwyd both of which are registered charities and who support all aspects of the work and research at Glan Clwyd Renal Unit.
